In precast concrete plants, the MH Box Type Single Girder Gantry Crane is suitable for working areas such as open spaces in precast concrete plants, yards and between production lines. It handles small and medium-sized precast components such as small beams, slabs and pipe piles. It transfers, stacks or loads precast units in short distances. It manages small precast concrete components in yards such as hollow blocks and small panels.
The lifting capacity is usually 3.2-20 tons, and the span range is 7.5-30 meters. MH Box Type adopts single beam design. It is light-weight and easy to install. And the main beam is a welded combination of U-channel plate and I-beam.It is suitable for horizontal handling and vertical lifting of medium-weight components. An electric hoist or hoist trolley is equipped above the main beam. The electric hoist moves laterally along the main beam for precise positioning of the material.

The lifting capacity is 40-100 tons, and the span range is 20-40 meters. MG Truss Type combines double beam design and the truss structure design. This structure is lightweight and has strong wind resistance. It also provides wider working areas and stronger carrying capacity for heavy duty work. The RTG Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane is suitable for stacking and transporting extra-large and extra-heavy prefabricated components, such as extra-large bridge segments and extra-long components. Its tire chassis makes it more flexible in outdoor prefabrication sites like ports and open-air storage yards. The RTG crane is suitable for outdoor working environments and frequent movement operations.
The lifting capacity is usually 35-70 tons, and the span range is 23-26 meters. The RTG crane can run on ordinary concrete roads without special tracks. And it is suitable for complex terrains. Through electric drive or hybrid design, it can achieve large lifting capacity of 40-70 tons. The new RTG crane adopts “oil-to-electricity” technology to reduce diesel consumption and emissions, meeting the requirements of green construction.
