Recently, we received an inquiry for a 1 ton jib crane. The client is from the United Arab Emirates and operates a company that provides parts assembly and equipment maintenance services for the oil and gas, construction engineering, and industrial equipment industries.

The client’s workshop has multiple fixed assembly and maintenance workstations. The main tasks include the installation, disassembly, and routine maintenance of motors, pump sets, valve components, and mechanical transmission parts, with individual material weights typically ranging from 300 kg to 1,000 kg.

To improve operational efficiency and comply with local industrial safety and standardization requirements in the UAE, the customer decided to equip their fixed workstations with dedicated lifting equipment.
