Recently, we received an inquiry from a South African customer about a European electric hoist. The client operates a medium-sized steel structure and metal processing manufacturing enterprise, mainly processing steel beams, steel plates, and welded parts. With the growth of business volume, the original lifting mechanism has experienced problems such as high operating noise, large impact, high maintenance costs, and insufficient operating efficiency, and can no longer meet the needs of their high-frequency production.

To improve production efficiency and safety in their workshop, the client decided to upgrade the equipment and opted to purchase European electric hoist.

Project Execution

After the equipment is manufactured, it is shipped to South Africa by sea. Considering the possibility of bumps during transportation, we use wooden crates for packaging and moisture protection. The equipment is transported to the port of Durban, where the local agent assists with customs clearance and door-to-door delivery.

Customer Feedback
